This article will show you quick and very easy way of how to achieve your goals when it comes to having tight abdominal muscles.  One exercise can have a better effect than 1000 traditional abs is what fitness experts claim and it is called ‘’the plank’’. It’s not just that it will make your abdomen tight and flat, your body posture will be improved and it will soothe the pain in your back.
This Exercise Is More Efficient Than 1000 Abs Spend 60 Seconds A Day Doing This Exercise And In Just
To obtain those results you will need to do a proper ‘’plank’’ and this is how:

1. Start by placing your hands firmly on the ground, and keep the shoulders and neck straight.

2. This exercise focuses your abdominal area, but do not worry if you feel the pressure in your legs too. Because of that, now you need to put the heels in a position that the pressure is transferred to the toes and feel the tension in the muscles of the thighs.

3. You should contract the muscles of the buttock in order to active the muscles of the lower body. Remember not to raise up your whole body because it should be flat (as a plank).

4. Breathe deeply and evenly in order to make it easier to maintain this position.

5. Now imagine that there is a glass full of water on your back, so in order not to spill it out you should maintain the position.

6. When the body is in the proper position, you should start with the exercise:

7. Keep your knees and hands on the ground, keep your back flat, and your shoulders should be a little bit wider than shoulder-width apart.

8. In order to keep the spine, head and neck straight focus on a spot on the floor beyond your hands.

9. The pressure should be applied on the toes, and the right leg should be placed on the floor. Then with the left leg should be repeated the same. When you do this you should feel as the entire weight of your body relies on your toes and hands.

10. Now you need to start contracting the abdominal muscles and you should keep this position for 20-60 seconds.

11. After that, your body should be relaxed.

12. You will need to gradually increase the time of maintaining the plank position up to a minute.

Every day, three times daily, for a month you should repeat the plank. And you will be shocked by the results at the end!

VideosThese Are The Deadliest Creatures Ever Found In The Amazon. I Gasped @0:30! OMG!

There are a lot of animals that can hurt a human being or even kill. From lions to scorpions, in the wilderness, we have to be really careful because things can make a bad turn faster than it takes to read this proposition.

Usually, when I think about wild creatures, don’t know why, Australia comes up in my mind, but as you will see, this story is not about wildlife that lives Down Under.

256 Years Old Man Breaks The Silence Before His Death and Reveals SHOCKING Secrets to The World

What is the longest a person has ever lived for? Meet Li Ching Yuen, the 256 years old man! No, this is not a myth or a fictional tale.

According to a 1930 New York Times article, Wu Chung-chieh, a professor of the Chengdu University, discovered Imperial Chinese government records from 1827 congratulating Li Ching-Yuen on his 150th birthday, and further documents later congratulating him on his 200th birthday in 1877. In 1928, a New York Times correspondent wrote that many of the old men in Li’s neighborhood asserted that their grandfathers knew him when they were boys, and that he at that time was a grown man.

Li Ching Yuen reportedly began his herbalist career at the age of 10, where he gathered herbs in mountain ranges and learned of their potency for longevity. For almost 40 years, he survived on a diet of herbs such as lingzhi, goji berry, wild ginseng, he shoo wu and gotu kola and rice wine.

In 1749, at the age of 71, he joined the Chinese armies as teacher of martial arts. Li was said to be a much-loved figure in his community, marrying 23 times and fathering over 200 children.

According to the generally accepted tales told in his province, he was able to read and write as a child, and by his tenth birthday had traveled in Kansu, Shansi, Tibet, Annam, Siam and Manchuria gathering herbs. For the first hundred years he continued at this occupation.

Then he switched to selling herbs gathered by others. He sold lingzhi, goji berry, wild ginseng, he shou wu and gotu kola along with other Chinese herbs, and lived off a diet of these herbs and rice wine.

According to one of Li’s disciples, he had once encountered an even older 500-year-old man, who taught him Qigong exercises and dietary recommendations that would help him extend his lifespan to superhuman proportions. Apart from Qigong and a herb-rich diet, what else can we learn from this Master of Longevity?

How about this: On his death bed, Li famously said, “I have done all that I have to do in this world”. Could his peaceful last words also hint at one of the biggest secrets to a long and prosperous life? It’s interesting to note that in the West, we’re often taught to believe that aging is something that must be “beaten” with high tech infrared devices and state of the art medication.

Li was asked what his secret was to longevity. This was his reply: “Keep a quiet heart, sit like a tortoise, walk sprightly like a pigeon and sleep like a dog.” These were the words of advice Li gave to Wu Pei-fu, the warlord, who took Li into his house to learn the secret of extremely long life.

Li maintained that inward calm and peace of mind combined with breathing techniques were the secrets to the amazing longevity. Obviously, his diet would have played a large role. But its fascinating that the old living person in recorded history attributes his long life to his state of mind.

With the average lifespan for the Western world currently sitting between 70-85 years, the thought of someone living over 100 years old seems like quite the stretch. The thought of someone living over 200 years old seems extremely suspicious. But why don’t we believe that people can live this long?

We have to keep in mind that some people in this world don’t live a grueling 9-5 lifestyle, they don’t have to deal with the stresses of debt, they aren’t breathing polluted city air, and they exercise regularly. They don’t eat refined sugars or flour, or any foods that have had pesticides sprayed on them. They aren’t living off of the standard American diet.

They aren’t eating fatty meats, sugary deserts, and genetically modified foods. No antibiotics. No alcohol and no tobacco. Their diets not only exclude junk foods that we so often indulge in, they also include superfoods and herbs which are like steroids for our organs and immune system.

They also spend their spare time in nature practicing breathing techniques and meditating which have been proven to improve mental, physical, and emotional health. They keep things simple, get proper sleep, and spend a great deal of time in nature under the sun.

When we get a chance to relax in the sun, we feel instantly rejuvenated and call this a “vacation”. Imagine spending a lifetime doing that in the mountains, and combining that with perfect mental, spiritual, and physical well-being.

We do not doubt for a minute that if we all did the things we knew we were supposed to do, that living to be 100 years old would be commonplace. When we treat our bodies right, who knows how long we can live for?

Remembering Trudell by Matt Remle

On December 8th, 2015 Santee Sioux activist, artist, actor, poet, and one time national chairman for the American Indian Movement John Trudell passed on.

John Trudell was born Feb. 15, 1946, in Omaha, Nebraska and grew up near the Santee Sioux Reservation.  After a serving in the US Navy, Trudell became involved Native activism and in 1969 he joined others in the occupation of Alcatraz were he served as the spokesman.

The 14 month occupation of Alcatraz drew international attention to the issues impacting Native communities from treaty rights abuses to poverty.  John Trudell gave daily radio addresses from the island.

Alcatraz Proclamation To the Great White Father and his People 1969

We, the native Americans, re-claim the land known as Alcatraz Island in the name of all American Indians by right of discovery.  We wish to be fair and honorable in our dealings with the Caucasian inhabitants of this land, and hereby offer the following treaty: We will purchase said Alcatraz Island for 24 dollars in glass beads and red cloth, a precedent set by the white man’s purchase of a similar island about 300 years ago.  We know that $24 in trade goods for these sixteen acres is more than was paid when Manhattan Island was sold, but we know that land values have risen over the years.  Our offer of $1.24 per acre is greater than the 47 cents per acre the white men are now paying the California Indians for their land.  We will give to the inhabitants of this land a portion of that land for their own, to be held in trust by the American Indian Government for as long as the sun shall rise and the rivers go down to the sea — to be administered by the Bureau of Caucasian Affairs (BCA). We will further guide the inhabitants in the proper way of living. We will offer them our religion, our education, our life-ways, in order to help them achieve our level of civilization and thus raise them and all their white brothers up from their savage and unhappy state. We offer this treaty in good faith and wish to be fair and honorable in our dealings with all white men. We feel that this so-called Alcatraz Island is more than suitable as and Indian Reservation, as determined by the white man’s own standards.

By this we mean that this place resembles most Indian reservations, in that:

1. It is isolated from modern facilities, and without adequate means of transportation.
2. It has no fresh running water.
3. The sanitation facilities are inadequate.
4. There are no oil or mineral rights.
5. There is no industry and so unemployment is very great.
6. There are no health care facilities.
7. The soil is rocky and non-productive and the land does not support game.
8. There are no educational facilities.
9. The population has always been held as prisoners and kept dependent upon others.

Further, it would be fitting and symbolic that ships from all over the world, entering the Golden Gate, would first see Indian land, and thus be reminded of the true history of this nation. This tiny island would be a symbol of the great lands once ruled by free and noble Indians.

From 1973-1979, Trudell served as the national chairman of the American Indian Movement.  In 1979, while at a demonstration in Washington DC, Trudell’s pregnant wife, Tina Manning, three children and his mother-in-law were killed in a fire at her parents house on the Duck Valley reservation.  Trudell and others have long suspected government involvement as the cause of the fire.

The FBI dossier on Trudell exceeded 17,000 pages, one of the largest in bureau history.

In 1983, Trudell released “Tribal Voice” a spoken word album to critical acclaim.  He would go on to record several albums.

In addition to being a musician, Trudell made several film appearances including the 1992 critically acclaimed “Thunderheart” and in 1998 “Smoke Signals”.

In 2005, the documentary “Trudell” was released that documented his life from growing up in Nebraska, to his involvement with the American Indian Movement, to his life as a musician and spoken word artist.

Trudell inspired generations of Native peoples and non-Native peoples alike with his philosophies and world views that challenged people to think deeply and critically about the industrial societies in which we live in and what it means to be a human in a world that is rapidly losing its understanding of being human.

The contributions of the brave firefighters across the nation often get lost in the shuffle, but let’s just say that the unsung heroes do more than their fair share to keep their communities safe – as well as anything else that makes its home there. As Hero Viral shares, this adorable video will help drive that point home.

The video shares the story of Cory Kalanick of the Fresno Fire Department, who had responded to a residential fire. As he was doing a walkthrough to assess the scene, he made a pretty startling discovery. Something had been left behind, but thankfully it was still alive.

That something left behind was an adorable baby kitten, and Kalanick would quickly scoop him up and rush outside. The kitten was essentially clinging to life at this point, but the firefighters knew exactly what to do. Kalanick and his team would quickly administer oxygen and get the tiny feline hydrated, and you can tell that’s just what the doctor ordered at that point.

The adorable little kitty perked back up pretty quickly, and this group of firefighters has another awesome rescue story to share.

Feast your eyes on the largest anaconda you’ve ever seen

There’s a reason the 1997 film Anaconda garnered as much attention as it did, besides the young J-Lo addition the fact that there’s a snake out there as large as the anaconda is terrifying to some people. Not that the film itself was exemplary, but something large enough to swallow a human whole isn’t something the average person ever wants to have to deal with.

When this group of Brazilians came across one of these massive snakes in the water they decided to get a little closer look than they had, which was a dire mistake. The moment they get closer they realize just how big of a mistake they’d made – this thing was ridiculously big, a size large enough that COULD eat you if it wanted!

This snake was around 17 feet total in length and appears to be around two feet in width, but there’s more to this story than meets the eye. The fact that these Brazilians kept following the snake and messing with it they could face a fine of $600 and up to a year and a half in jail time for chasing and hunting without a license.

Abandoned dog with dreadlocked fur enjoys remarkable transformation

On June 10, 2014, a volunteer group of dog groomers visited an animal shelter in the greater Tokyo Area. They had been called in to help a large breed dog who had been abandoned by his owner and rescued from the streets. They were speechless when they saw the state of this dog.

His fur was so overgrown, it was impossible to see the contours of his face and body. His disheveled and dirty coat had turned into dreadlocks around his body and hind legs, rough like a stiff carpet. No one knew how long he had been in this condition. It could have been months, possibly years. It was hard to believe that he was actually a standard poodle.

He had clearly been neglected by his owner before being abandoned by him.

The dog was initially restless when he was taken outdoors, but then he nuzzled up to everyone, curiously checking their scents. Although he had been mistreated and abandoned, this hadn’t affected his good-natured and friendly temperament. Everyone wanted to help him.

And so the grooming began. Using an electric shaver, they began by carving off the fur around his face, carefully digging into the mass and searching for the root of the hair.

When the grooming team removed a large lump of hair in the shape of a ball, the dog’s tiny neck was revealed.

Next, they worked on the thick mass wrapped around his his torso and lower body. The matted hair was so think they quickly gave up with the shaver, and instead grabbed a pair of gardening clippers used for tree branches. The heavy, thick coat was slowly and carefully cut away.

The groomers struggled but they worked steadily, showering off the grit and dust that stirred up with every cut.

He enjoys his new, light body, and can’t seem to stop jumping. The dog was later named Ginta (meaning “silver boy” in Japanese) after his coat color. It so wonderful to see him freed from all that weight he was carrying around.

Ginta had to endure months of neglect and misery, abandoned by an owner who didn’t live up to the responsibility of taking care of the life that had been entrusted to him. Making a pet pay the price of an owner’s ignorance and irresponsibility is simply unacceptable and unforgivable. But sadly, too many still ignore the fact that dogs are living creatures that also feel pain. We hope that Ginta found the loving family he deserves!
